Dissolution of Marriage: Provides for interim partial distributions during dissolution actions; provides for effect on final distributions; provides factors to be considered; revises definition of term "marital assets and liabilities"; provides presumption concerning certain personal property acquired during marriage; specifies burden of proof necessary to overcome gift presumption; abolishes special equity; provides for claims formerly identified as special equity; conforms provisions to abolition of special equity.
