Condominium Associations: Specifies that requirements relating to acquisition & maintenance of adequate insurance apply to all residential condominiums; revises provisions relating to condominium & condominium owner insurance coverage; authorizes condominium association or group of associations to provide adequate hazard insurance through self-insurance fund; requires insurance coverage or bonding of certain persons with respect to association funds; revises meeting requirements; revises application of provision relating to material alteration or substantial additions to common elements or to real property which is association property to apply to certain associations; authorizes condominium association board to exercise specified emergency powers during emergency created by declared disaster; provides limitation.
