General Bill
Implementing 2008-2009 General Appropriations Act [FPCC]:
Provides legislative intent. Incorporates by reference certain calculations
of the Florida Education Finance Program for the 2008-2009 fiscal year.
Provides for allocating funds for alcohol, drug abuse, and mental health
services to areas of the state having the greatest demand for services and
treatment capacity and as specified in the General Appropriations Act, etc.
Effective Date:
07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
