SB 470 (2009) -  Driving Under the Influence Penalties [CPSC]

Requires a court to order a defendant, after a first conviction for driving under the influence, to participate in a minimum of 50 hours of community service as a condition of probation. Authorizes a court to impose a specified fine under certain conditions.
