SB 608 (2009) -  Driver's License Restrictions/Under 18 Years [CPSC]

Restricts the number of passengers under the age of 18 permitted in a vehicle operated by a person under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a driver at least 21 years of age. Provides exceptions. Provides for secondary enforcement. Provides penalties. Provides for applicability. Provides citation procedures for violation of such restrictions.
