General Bill by Commerce and Garcia
Legislative Sunset Review/OTTED [CPSC]: Revises the schedule for reviewing state agencies and advisory committees. Adds the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development and certain of its partners and offices to the list of agencies to be reviewed by July 1, 2010. Revises the date on which the office must submit an agency report to the Legislature.
