General Bill
Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies [CPSC]:
Authorizes the court to refer actions to binding arbitration under certain
conditions. Amends a provision relating to grounds and proceedings for
eviction. Requires a mobile home park owner to apply to the local government
for change of use or rezoning under specified conditions. Requires such owner
to provide a specified relocation plan. Revises notice requirements relating
to the sale of mobile home parks, etc.
