SB 1176 (2009) -  Juvenile Justice [SPSC]

Requires the Department of Juvenile Justice to adopt rules governing the procedures that may be used to restrain a child upon his or her arrival at the courthouse and the length of time a child may be placed in isolation. Requires the department to comply with the Protective Action Response policy whenever mechanical restraints are used, etc.
