General Bill by Governmental Oversight and Accountability and Dean

Local Government Budgets [EPSC]: Conforms provisions relating to proposed court budgets. Conforms provisions relating to sheriff budgets. Revises provisions relating to the preparation of special district budgets. Revises provisions relating to the preparation of tentative county budgets. Revises provisions relating to the preparation or amendment of special district budgets. Revises the timeframe for completing a local governmental entity's annual financial audit, etc.
