SB 1376 (2009) -  Domestic Violence/Surrender of Weapons [SPSC]

Provides that a respondent may be ordered, as part of a domestic violence injunction, to surrender weapons. Provides requirements for such an order. Provides for consequences of failure to comply with such an order. Corrects cross-references.
