SB 1382 (2009) -  Motor Vehicles/Suspending Operating Privileges [CPSC]

Increases the period for suspending a person's privilege to operate a motor vehicle from 1 year to 2 years if he or she refuses a lawful test of his or her breath, urine, or blood the first time. Increases the period for suspending a person's privilege to operate a motor vehicle from 18 months to 3 years if he or she refuses to submit to such a test or test a second time, etc.
