General Bill
Contributions to Relieve Homelessness:
Requires motor vehicle registration form, registration renewal form, driver license application form, & driver license application form for renewal issuance to include option to make voluntary contribution to aid homeless; provides for contributions to be deposited into Grants and Donations Trust Fund of DCFS & used by State Office on Homelessness to supplement grants, provide information to public, & provide literature to homeless persons seeking assistance.
