CS/CS/SB 1666 (2009) -  Health and Human Service Contracts [WPSC]

by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs and Health and Human Services Appropriations and Peaden
Requires the DCFS, the DOH, and the DJJ, the APD and the AHCA to adopt certain policies relating to the monitoring of provider contracts and access to provider data. Requires the DCFS to ensure that contracts entered into with community-based care lead agencies are funded by a grant of general revenue and applicable other state and federal funding sources, etc.
