SB 1860 (2009) -  Forfeited Property Disposition [SPSC]

Requires a county or municipal law enforcement agency that acquires more than a specified amount under the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act within any one fiscal year to transfer a certain percentage of the proceeds to the State Attorney's Forfeiture and Investigative Support Trust Fund of the state attorney for the jurisdiction where the violation occurred, etc.
