CS/SB 2298 (2009) -  Criminal Justice [SPSC]

Provides that if a person has been convicted of certain specified violations in which the victim of the offense was younger than 16 years of age and the person loiters or prowls within 300 feet of a place where children regularly congregate, he or she commits a misdemeanor of the first degree. Repeals provisions relating to procedures for initiation of civil rights restoration. Provides for filing and payment of medical claims for payment, etc.
