General Bill by Higher Education and Constantine
Postsecondary Tuition Rates [SPSC]: Requires an additional payment for credit hours exceeding the requirements for completing a baccalaureate degree program. Provides exceptions. Requires notice upon a student's initial enrollment in a state university or community college.
