General Bill
Mobile Home Park Tenancies [CPSC]:
Requires park owners to give tenants a right of first refusal to purchase
individual parcels within a park under certain conditions. Extends the
minimum length of advance notice that must be given by a park owner to a
tenant before evicting the tenant due to a change in land use of the
underlying park property. Provides a limitation on an exception relating to
transfers by partnerships, etc.
