General Bill by Full Appropriations Council on General Government & Health Care and Health Care Services Policy Committee and Aubuchon (CO-SPONSORS) Zapata

Health and Human Services Contracts: Requires DCFS, DOH, DJJ, APD, & AHCA to adopt certain policies relating to monitoring of provider contracts & access to provider data; provides exception; provides funding requirements for contracts between DCFS & community-based agencies; requires agencies to document certain earnings & expenditures & return undocumented earnings to department; permits contracts with agencies to be increased by excess federal earnings; authorizes department to outsource certain functions of agencies; permits agencies to make specified expenditures; specifies method of payment for fixed-price contracts.
