HB 5003 (2009) -  Implementing the 2009-2010 General Appropriations Act

Implements 2009-2010 General Appropriations Act; amends Bright Futures awards to amounts specified in GAA; provides for allocations for Hurricane Loss Mitigation Program; provides for use of transportation revenues; revises funding levels for DOT projects; requires that DOT transfer funds to OTTED; authorizes contracting methods for projects funded under American Recovery & Reinvestment Act; reenacts certain trust funds to implement transfer of moneys in GR; permits LBC to approve changes appropriated for fixed capital outlay projects under certain circumstances & funds are derived from American Recovery & Reinvestment Act; authorizes transfer of funds from State Transportation Trust Fund to General Revenue Fund; reduces amount transferred from certain transportation calculation requirements; provides for future expiration of various provisions, veto, future repeals or expirations, & severability.
