General Bill
Title Insurance [CPSC]:
Authorizes a title insurance agent or agency to charge a reasonable fee for
certain services. Requires that certain information regarding each charge be
filed with the Office of Insurance Regulation. Prohibits a person from
knowingly quoting, charging, accepting, collecting, or receiving a premium
for title insurance other than the premium approved by the office, etc.
