General Bill
Pain-management Clinics [SPSC]:
Requires privately owned pain-management clinics to be registered with the
Department of Health by a specified date. Prohibits a physician from
practicing in a pain-management clinic that is not registered with the DOH.
Requires the DOH to submit fingerprints of an applicant for initial
registration or renewal of a registration to the FDLE and the FBI for a
criminal record check, etc.
