CS/HB 417 (2010) -  Collective Bargaining

Redefines term "legislative body" for purposes of collective bargaining impasses with respect to employees of certain county constitutional officers; requires board of county commissioners to provide supplemental funds to such county constitutional officers under certain circumstances; provides that resolution of certain impasses is binding on all parties; specifies parties required to approve certain collective bargaining agreements.
