Wreckers [CPSC]: Revises provisions of an exception to penalties for exceeding weight limits. Provides that the exception does not apply to load limits for bridges and culverts when those limits are posted. Provides that wreckers are subject to certain safety and operational requirements. Provides wreckers with an exception to gross weight limits. Provides that specified license tax provisions apply to wreckers used for certain purposes, etc.
