SB 878 (2010) -  Construction Contracting/Nonpayment Notices [CPSC]

General Bill by Thrasher
Construction Contracting/Nonpayment Notices [CPSC]: Requires a claimant to verify a notice of nonpayment submitted to a contractor or surety. Specifies the information that must be included in a notice of nonpayment. Prohibits a person who furnishes a false or fraudulent notice of nonpayment from recovering under the surety bond. Specifies the manner in which certain notices relating to construction contracting must be served, etc.
