HB 533 (2010) -  Testimony Before the Public Service Commission

by Pafford (CO-SPONSORS) Cruz; Fitzgerald; Heller; Jenne
Requires each person offering testimony at meeting, workshop, hearing, or other scheduled event of Public Service Commission to disclose any financial or fiduciary relationship with any public utility; requires such disclosures to be filed in writing with office of commission & with office of Public Counsel before testimony is provided to commission; provides penalty for failure to make such disclosure; provides procedures for appeal of penalty.
