CS/SB 1070 (2010) -  Sporting Events [WPSC]

General Bill by Community Affairs and Altman
Sporting Events [WPSC]: Authorizes a county to use certain revenues from tourist development taxes to pay the debt service on bonds issued to finance the construction, reconstruction, or renovation of certain football stadiums and to pay planning and design costs incurred before the issuance of bonds. Creates an exemption from the tax on admissions for certain events sponsored by a governmental entity, sports authority, or sports commission.
