SB 1140 (2010) -  Mental Health [WPSC]

Creates the Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment and Crime Reduction Act. Requires the DCFS, in consultation with the AHCA, to develop and implement a community mental health and substance abuse forensic treatment system. Adds home and community based mental health services to the optional Medicaid services offered by the state Medicaid program. Provides for forensic evaluator training for mental health experts, etc.
