Restrictions on Business Entities Doing Business with Iran: Places restrictions on business entities doing business with Iran; provides definitions; prohibits state from entering into, awarding, or renewing contract or purchasing agreement for commodities or contractual services with, or receiving or soliciting proposals for acquisition of commodities or contractual services from, any business entity doing business with Iran; provides for cessation of such prohibition under specified circumstances; directs DOS, in conjunction with DMS, DBPR, DLE, & SBA, to develop mechanism for identification of business entities doing business with Iran & for enforcement of act.
