HB 769 (2010) -  Criminal Conduct

Defines "mental injury" for purposes of child abuse & neglect; exempts constitutionally protected acts from prohibitions on child abuse, aggravated child abuse, & neglect; redefines "crime" for purposes of crime victim compensation to include additional forms of injury.
