SB 1312 (2010) -  Florida State Employees' Charitable Campaign [GPSC]

Deletes the power of local steering committees to direct the distribution of undesignated funds. Requires such undesignated campaign funds to be shared proportionally by the participating charitable organizations based on the percentage of designations in each area.
