Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund: Defines term "contract year;" increases limitation on claims-paying capacity of fund; authorizes SBA to calculate estimated claims-paying capacity of fund for specific contract years; revises contract year designations for reimbursement contracts, reimbursement premiums, & temporary increase in coverage limit options & TICL options addendum to conform; provides timing requirements for SBA to adopt reimbursement contracts; provides timing requirements for insurers to execute reimbursement contracts; provides capacity, coverage, & retention information publication requirements for SBA.
