Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation: Removes provision that requires SBA to invest & reinvest moneys in endowment fund for Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation; requires that specified percentage of remainder of all civil penalties received by county court pursuant to specified provisions be remitted to DOR on monthly basis for deposit in fund; requires that specified percentage of additional fine assessed for violating traffic regulations protecting mobility-impaired persons be remitted to DOR on monthly basis for deposit in endowment fund.
