Prostate Cancer Awareness Program: Revises structure & objectives of Prostate Cancer Awareness Program within DOH; revises program purpose & requirements for program implementation; requires DOH & UF Prostate Disease Center to establish UF Prostate Disease Center Prostate Cancer Task Force to replace Prostate Cancer Advisory Committee; provides for appointment of task force members by State Surgeon General upon specified recommendations; provides for terms of members, meetings, & duties; requires annual report to Governor, Legislature, & State Surgeon General; removes provision requiring program to coordinate efforts with Florida Public Health Institute, Inc.
