General Bill
Regional Workforce Boards/Employment Eligibility [CPSC]:
Requires each regional workforce board to verify the employment eligibility
of any job applicant who is referred to an employer. Requires the use of
certain specified federal verification processes. Requires that the board
issue a certificate of such verification. Clarifies that such verification
does not release the employer from certain obligations regarding the
employment of authorized persons.
