Provides for a voluntary checkoff on motor vehicle registration applications to permit contributions to Ronald McDonald House. Provides for a voluntary checkoff on driver's license applications to permit contributions to Ronald McDonald House. Provides that such contributions are not considered income of a revenue nature for purposes of a service charge.
