Deletes requirement that person who applies to be certified or is certified as emergency medical technician, paramedic, 911 emergency dispatcher, emergency medical technician, or paramedic must complete educational course approved by DOH regarding HIV/AIDS; deletes requirement that institution seeking approval of educational program for EMTs & paramedics show documentation of inclusion of instruction in HIV/AIDS training in its curriculum.
