HB 1605 (2010) -  Water Resource Protection

Directs counties & municipalities, in cooperation with water management districts, to evaluate primary water resources; authorizes counties & municipalities to use funds collected for water & sewage utility services for water resource protection & restoration; authorizes counties & municipalities to transfer funds to water management districts for such purposes.
