HB 5701 (2010) -  Health Insurance Subsidies

Revises provisions relating to health insurance subsidies; provides for elimination of retiree health insurance subsidies to certain new retirees or beneficiaries; provides for future repeal of certain retiree health insurance subsidies; revises employer contribution requirements; provides for future repeal of required employer contributions on behalf of specified members; provides for transfer of contributions for members in State University Optional Retirement Program to FRS Trust Fund; repeals provision relating to Public Employee Optional Retirement Program retiree health insurance subsidy; revises provisions relating to contributions for Social Security & retiree health insurance subsidy.
