Electronic Filing and Receipt of Court and Other Legal Documents: Requires each state attorney & public defender to electronically file court documents with clerk of court & receive court documents from clerk of court; defines term "court documents"; requires report on progress made to use Florida Courts E-Portal system or clerks' offices portals; provides for electronic procedures for filing documents & resolving disputes in workers' compensation proceedings; requires response to petition for workers' compensation benefits to be filed electronically; requires that practice & procedure before judges of compensation claims be governed by Office of Judges of Compensation Claims instead of Supreme Court; authorizes Office of Judges of Compensation Claims to adopt rules to implement electronic procedures; requires use of electronic procedures by those represented by attorney; requires petitioner requesting administrative hearing to include e-mail address; provides for electronic procedures in administrative proceedings.
