SB 1274 (2011) -  Testimony Given by Children

Authorizes a court to use registered service or therapy animals to aid children in giving testimony in legal proceedings when appropriate. Requires the court to consider certain factors before permitting such testimony. Requires that such registered service or therapy animals be evaluated and registered according to national standards.
