HB 921 (2011) -  Early Voting

Expands list of available sites at which early voting may be held to include specified facilities or any other location designated by supervisor of elections as meeting requirements of state law; deletes requirement that early voting site be designated & used as such for at least 1 year before election; provides requirements for determining number of early voting sites each county must operate; expands early voting hours to 12 hours per weekday & 12 hours in aggregate each weekend at each site during applicable periods.
