State Financial Information:
Requires Auditor General to annually provide to Legislature list of school districts that have failed to comply with certain financial transparency requirements; provides that Financial Management Information Board is responsible for information system; deletes provisions relating to Florida Financial Management Information System Coordinating Council; deletes references to functional owner subsystems; establishes Agency for Enterprise Business Services within DFS; provides duties of agency; establishes Enterprise Financial Business Operations Council to advise agency; provides membership & duties of council; provides for annual Enterprise Financial Business Strategic Plan; renames Florida Accounting Information Resource Subsystem Financial Management Subsystem; adds Revenue & Tax Collection, Processing, & Distribution Subsystem & provides for ownership & functions by DOR; deletes references to functional owner subsystems & provides for enterprise business owners; deletes references to functional owner subsystems & provides for enterprise business owners; provides state agency requirements relating to Florida Financial Management Information System & use of functional information & enterprise agency business subsystems; revises provisions of Transparency Florida Act; deletes DOACS' exemption from using state online procurement system; repeals provisions for Florida Financial Management Information System Coordinating Council.
