SB 1804 (2011) -  Growth Management

Requires that charter schools be a permitted mitigation option for purposes of meeting concurrency requirements. Provides that an amendment to a comprehensive plan that affects acreage of 10 acres or less is a small scale development amendment, notwithstanding any restrictive covenant. Removes the funding cap for the State Housing Trust Fund and the Local Government Housing Trust Fund, etc.
