SB 1864 (2011) -  Energy Conservation

Provides for a portion of the proceeds of the local government infrastructure surtax to be used for financial assistance to homeowners who make energy efficiency improvements or install renewable energy devices. Defines the terms "renewable energy devices" and "energy efficiency improvement."
