General Bill by Appropriations Committee and Rulemaking & Regulation Subcommittee and Adkins

Reemployment Services: Revises definition of terms "qualified rehabilitation provider" & "reemployment assessment"; revises intent; revises & provides certain carrier reporting requirements; revises rehabilitation provider reporting requirements; revises provisions relating to medical care coordination & reemployment services; revises procedures for approval of certain formal training & education programs; repeals authorization to use Workers Compensation Trust Funds for certain purposes; repeals rehabilitation provider qualifications; eliminates certain responsibilities of DOE with respect to monitoring rehabilitation providers & services.
