Vulnerable Children and Adults:
Repeals provisions relating to child abuse prevention training in district school system, development by DCFS of model plan for community intervention & treatment in intrafamily sexual abuse cases, Family Builders Program, authorization for pilot & demonstration projects, foster care privatization demonstration project, Commission on Marriage & Family Support Initiatives, financial commitment to community services programs, respite & family care subsidy expenditures & funding recommendations, constitutional requirements regarding long-term control, care, & treatment of sexually violent predators, requirement that DCFS adopt distinguishable definitions of child care programs by rule, development of administrative infrastructure standards, management fellows program, performance incentives for department employees with respect to child welfare system, legislative findings regarding foster care system & development of alternate care plans, report to Legislature regarding children in foster care, Family Policy Act, pilot programs to provide shelter, & foster care services to dependent children.
