Contracts with Personnel Hired by a Florida College System Institution Board of Trustees:
Removes eligibility for certain faculty at St. Petersburg College to be awarded continuing contracts; provides criteria for employment of personnel newly hired on or after July 1, 2011, by Florida College System institution board of trustees; provides requirements for probationary & annual contracts for administrative, instructional, or educational support personnel; prohibits award of tenure, multiyear contract, or continuing contract; provides exception; provides requirements for dismissal & retention of employees; requires adoption of performance evaluation policy; repeals State Board of Education rules relating to certain contracts; revokes & prohibits certain policies, practices, & procedures of Florida College System institution.
