Creates Autism Spectrum Disorder Study Committee to study autism spectrum disorder in families in which English is second language; provides for membership, meetings, & duties; prohibits members from receiving compensation; authorizes certain funding for publications, subject to approval of State Surgeon General; requires report to Governor & Legislature; provides for expiration of committee.
