Health Care Grievances:
Retains requirement that health maintenance organization & prepaid health clinic must have grievance procedure available to subscribers to address complaints & grievances; deletes provisions that require, specify, or provide for reports, procedures, processes, notifications, reviews, deadlines, or administrative penalties relating to required grievance procedure; repeals authority for Subscriber Assistance Program, adopted & implemented by AHCA, to provide assistance to subscribers whose grievances are not resolved by managed care entity to satisfaction of subscriber & deletes procedures, processes, & requirements with respect thereto.
