HB 731 (2012) -  Residency Restrictions for Persons Convicted of Certain Sex Offenses and Required to Register as Sexual Offenders or Sexual Predators

Prohibits person who is required to register as sexual offender or sexual predator & who has been convicted of committing certain offenses in which victim of offense was younger than 12 from permanently residing with unrelated child; provides that person who resides with such child in violation of act commits felony, depending upon classification of underlying felony conviction; provides for applicability; requires predator or offender subject to act to report to name & age of any child permanently residing with him or her.
